In order to build the ultimate muscle irons,
Muziik created its own forged die and a painstaking process which sees only 10 pieces cut in 20 hours using a single CNC machine.
Each model of the Deep Forged Series Irons boasts beautiful finishes decorated with the Muziik icon. From the full muscle to the cavity back,
each generates an extremely soft feel due to the thickness of the soft steel heads and an under-copper structure.

S20 soft steel forging and precision CNC milling

 
The S20C soft steel head is created in an original Muziik forging mould and is CNC milled using a single machine, with each head taking two hours to complete to ensure sheer perfection. A low CG location makes it easy to get the ball airborne.

Despite the forgiveness-enhancing cavity structure and low CG location,
